Complaint Process

+ By providing the information below, you are allowing formal complaints to be filed on your behalf with hospital administrators and regulatory agencies.

+ Padvocate legal team will review each complaint and may contact you should additional information be needed. Once the complaint has been processed and filed, you will receive a confirmation email with a case number.

Confidentiality and patient rights:

+ Your name and contact information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. It may however be necessary to share the nature of the complaint and/or patient’s name with the facility and/or regulatory authorities.

+ Patients rights to complain are protected by law and their care will not be affected by the complaint. To the contrary, complaints provide the necessary feedback to regulators and hospital administrators to help improve patients care and their experience at the hospital.
